Best place in Long Beach!!!! Hands down, these women have held me down 6 years! They create a fun and healthy experience when getting your hair done and are a solid part of the community! Im so thankful they are a part of Long Beach!

I took my niece here to get her braids done & I was so nervous cause shes so young & never had it done at a salon but they did such a wonderful job & they were so gentle & sweet she felt like a princess

I recently had the pleasure of going to Blessings Hair Braiding and Beauty Supplies in Long Beach when I was in desperate need of a professional braider for my god daughters who have that beautiful African Queen hair that needed some braiding done for their first ever beauty pageant coming up this weekend, the other place I booked canceled and surprisingly I stumbled upon this wonderful salon where I was able to get BOTH girls in the same day and they braided their hair quickly and neatly which made the girls happy and feeling like pageant ready royalty!

I recently accompanied my niece to have Boho braids done at this establishment, and the overall experience was exceptional. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and kindness throughout the appointment. Additionally, they rectified a minor issue at no extra cost. The quality of the braids was impeccable, with a clean and beautiful outcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

They really hooked my niece up nice last minute for her graduation. My little "bumblebee" looked so amazing on her big day. Blessings really saved the day for my brother and his family. Professional work and true understanding of different hair textures.

This is a really great salon. Their hair braiding is really the best in LA or LA county. And they are a christian business. I was able to go in and get my hair rebraided at the last minute...other salons wouldnt take me. The braids were perfect..literally!!! They don't rush. I cannot see anyone giving them anything but a positive review unless they are difficult already. I support christian businesses...it was a pleasant, clean environment with respectful, quiet women working hard to make your hair look great. I refuse to go any other place. It's a double thumbs up!!!!

Fabiola did an amazing job with my waist length Senegalese twists. They went so fast, I was literally in there for 3.5 hrs from start to finish for my medium sized twists...I expected to be there for like 6 hrs as usual. I'm very picky with how I like my hair, and she def didn't disappoint. The positive reviews are 100% true. She didnt use too much hair, so my head isn't weighed down, suuper light. The size of the Hair sections are proportional to the amount of hair in the twist. The twists are twisted ALL the way to the end and none have unraveled. You can't even tell 2 people were doing my hair because everything looks so uniform. I LOVE them. I will definetly be back to get them done here again. She's very nice and the shop is suppper clean. Extremely pleased with my hair and the customer service.

I decided to try this place out after looking around for a Good Braider inLong Beach and i came across this place and put my Faith in it and im so pleased with my Box Braids , the Customer Service was amazing and the ladies made me feel so at home and Welcomed . The beautiful African women that braid hair are amazing, they work fast, there braids are very neat, I got a chance to listen to music that I've never heard before the music was so beautiful it was African music. I would recommend this braidery to all of my friends and family, they also do children's hair, one more thing I'd like to say, the day that I called to get my hair done within that hour my hair was being braided she accepted me instantly, no appointment

It's a Christian based business which is a always a plus, I called the day before for a next day appt, they were able to get me in!!!! I got the Box Braids done, short and small which was abt 150.00 which isnt bad and I purchased the hair from her for abt $20 more so a total of 170.00 and it looks great not to tight I was able to sleep and I had no headache!!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get nice professional braids done!!!!

Very lovely braiders

The braiders are very friendly! I went in for medium size kinky twists. Two braiders worked on my head and finished in less than 4 hours, which was nice! My twists were very neat, but too heavy and not what I expected given I requested a length long enough to make a bun. Overall, I was satisfied, but next time I will bring a picture of what I want.

I love my hair! They gave me exactly what I asked for, my appointment started on time and the services were quick about 5 hours ( which anyone that ever worn braids knows the process is timely). The atmosphere is warm and welcoming the staff is friendly and definitely about their business. This is my new salon for any braiding or crocheting hairstyle I desire.

Here I have no problems, no complaints about my hair being "too thick" or needing to be straightened before braiding. Each time I have walked out with exactly what I asked for (literally exactly how I wanted my hair both times).

This shop is too good not to leave a review. Highly recommend coming here.

One of my rows came out so I came in to have it fixed. As soon as I walked in I was sat down and worked on right away. I didn't realize I had another row that was messed up- the lady who helped me just fixed it for me.
When she was done I pulled out my wallet to pay but all three of the women working smiled and told me not to worry about it. After 2 or 3 times of trying to pay them I let them bless me. It is so amazing to see people who live what they say they believe.
